Welcome to Kazi.network (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at kazi.network and any associated services provided by us and The Adinkra Group. By using the site, you agree to comply with these Terms.


1. Definitions

  • “User” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Site.

  • “Employer” means any organization or person who posts job listings through the Site.

  • “Job Seeker” means any individual who browses, applies for, or interacts with job listings on the Site.

  • “Site” means the website kazi.network and any part of it (pages, content, job listings, user dashboards).


2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or of legal age in your jurisdiction), capable of forming binding contracts, and agree to these Terms, which may be updated by us from time to time.


3. Services

  • We provide a platform for our available job listings in the tourism & hospitality sector in Ghana.

  • We enable Job Seekers to browse, search, and apply for job opportunities.

  • We may also provide training, recruitment, or related support services.


4. User Accounts

  • You may need to register an account to apply for jobs.

  • You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering or updating your information.


5. Posting Job Listings (Employer Obligations)

Job listings will:

  • Be accurate, not misleading.

  • Include all relevant information: job title, location, type (full-time, part-time, contract, internship), salary or salary range (where possible), application deadline, contact information.

  • Not violate any laws (e.g. discrimination laws, labour laws in Ghana).

  • Not include fraudulent offers or require payment from job seekers to apply.


6. Use by Job Seekers

  • Job Seekers must use the Site lawfully, not impersonate others, and not misrepresent their credentials.

  • When applying for jobs, you must provide truthful, accurate information.


7. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All site content (text, graphics, logos, images) is the property of Kazi.network or The Adinkra Group or their licensors.

  • You may not reproduce or use the content except as necessary for using the services (e.g. downloading a job description for your own use).


8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect and process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

  • By using the Site, you consent to this collection, storage, use, and potential disclosure (where legally required or as permitted by our policies).


9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We provide the Site “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

  • We do guarantee that job listings are authentic. 


10. Termination / Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate User accounts, or remove job postings without notice, for violations of these Terms.


11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site with a “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes implies acceptance.


12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana.

  • Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they may be submitted to the competent courts of Ghana.
